All sales on this site are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any product purchased on this site unless the digital product received is defective. If you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from your expected purchase, we will accept returns within 15 business days from the date we received your email with instructions on how to access your purchased digital product.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. We also require that all returns be accompanied by a written statement detailing the reasons for the return of the digital product. All returns will be made to the credit card of the customer who purchased the digital product, within 30 days of submission. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return notification. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
Our digital products, at the time of purchase, the customer will receive an email notification with access to their purchased digital product.
